The Guide

Photo painting using Coral Paint - In October 2006, my uncle and I set off to climb to the top of Thaba Ntlenyana, the highest point in Africa south of Kilimanjaro (3482 meters - 11423 feet). The person depicted in the image is the guide that took us there. It was midday, hot and very dry, so while we were resting I took a snap of him with my old Samsung Digital. The photo was not very good so I fiddled around with it on Coral Paint and came up with this painted rendering.
